F#%K WOW takes reasonable processes to protect your personal information once it is in our possession; however, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us before it reaches us, and this is done at your own risk.

Remember, you are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your sign-in ID, password, account information, and personal information.

Pricing

We reserve the right to change any price at which we offer our products or services and to correct any errors in pricing contained on our website. While we fully honour all of our commitments, F#%K WOW shall have no liability for any such changes and/or errors and we are not bound to fulfil orders at outdated or erroneous prices. All our prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST.

Shipping

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or parcel lockers.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Please contact us before purchase to get a price for international shipping. All international orders require a shipping quote before purchase.

Faulty Goods

If you think there is a fault with an item that you have received, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund. If you have received a product that is not working satisfactorily on first use, please contact us.

Returns

We will happily accept returns of unused and unopened products provided the original order confirmation is presented within 7 days of purchase. Please note that a no refund, exchange, or return policy applies to sale items or for change of mind.

Please ensure you contact us before returning any items to obtain a return authorisation. For any returns, we recommend you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning (Registered Post or parcel with tracking ID). You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us. Any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach F#%K WOW. It is your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us in error or damaged.

Your Account and Registration

You are responsible for your password, account access, and for all actions that occur under your account and password. Any impersonations (i.e. false email addresses or authority) will constitute a breach of these Conditions of Use and your account may be restricted. All goods remain the property of F#%K WOW until payment has been received in full.

Website License and Admission

A limited license granted by F#%K WOW allows for restricted access to our website for personal use. Without explicit written consent from us, modification or downloading of content from our website is forbidden. Page caching is accepted.

This restricted license does not include any collection or use of product descriptions, listings, or prices; any derivative use of our store or other content; or any commercial use or resale of our store or content. Restricted, non-exclusive, and revocable rights to create a link to our homepage are granted as long as the link does not portray F#%K WOW or any of our products in a derogatory, false, or objectionable manner. You may not use our logo or product images as links without written consent. Any unauthorised use of our website nullifies the permission or limited license granted by us.

Transfer of Risk and Title

Once we deliver your purchase to the shipping company, the risk of loss and title of your purchase transfers to the shipping company.

We aim to quickly correct any textual, graphical, or factual errors on our website. No matter the error—whether a misspelled word, missing or incorrectly matched photograph, or broken hyperlink—please contact us and we will fix it as soon as possible.

While we are committed to accuracy, F#%K WOW does not guarantee that product descriptions or other website content are current, reliable, complete, or accurate.

Stock

Whilst we always try to maintain sufficient stock levels, some items may occasionally be out of stock. In this case, you will be notified by email and informed of the expected delay, which is usually between 3–5 days.

By completing a purchase on our site, you agree to receive a follow-up email requesting your feedback on the product(s) you have purchased.
